Our Veterinarians

Dr. Katie Dudley

Dr Katie Dudley is a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked at East Valley Animal Clinic from 2003 until July of 2007 when she moved to Baltimore, MD. Missing Minnesota, Dr. Dudley moved back “home” in December 2008 and was very excited to be able to return to EVAC in January 2009. She enjoys dermatology, feline medicine, and getting to witness the bond between clients and their pets.

Currently, Dr Dudley lives in Minneapolis with her partner, Jeff, and 2 cats, Harry and Sally. In her free time she enjoys reading, yoga, and attempting to knit and crochet.

Dr. Pam Takeuchi

Dr. Pam Takeuchi joined the staff in June 2005 after moving to the area from Plymouth, Minnesota. Dr. Pam is a 1999 graduate of the Ohio State University Veterinary School. Originally from southern California, living in Minnesota has been a change. Winter mountain biking and cross country skiing have ensured that the winter months go by a little quicker. During the summer months, she is busy mountain biking around MN.

Her husband Ken, and their 2 sons, Kyle and Owen, and their dogs, Yuki and Eddie, also ensure that Dr. Pam never sits around for too long.

Dr. Mary Jo Wagner

Mary Jo Wagner was a certified veterinary technician for over 20 years before she returned to school to earn her degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine in May 2005. During her years as a veterinary technician, she worked in several different small animal practices, including the Animal Emergency Clinic in St. Paul, MN where she gained skills in emergency medicine. Dr. Wagner was also a faculty member at Argosy University where she trained vet. tech students.

Dr. Mary Jo Wagner and her husband have 2 adult children. They also share their home with their out of control dog Tony, and too many cats! In her spare time, she keeps busy with home improvement projects and gardening.

Dr. Addy Mueller Dodendorf

Dr. Addy Mueller is a 2020 graduate of Iowa State University. She is excited to help all the people and animals at East Valley Animal Clinic.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Mueller is enjoying all the things the Twin Cities has to offer. In her free time, Dr. Mueller enjoys rock climbing, reading a good book, and a variety of sports, including soccer and football (Go Big Red!).

Currently, Dr. Mueller and her husband, Joe, live in Hopkins with their two very loveable beagles, Luna and Comet.

Dr. Kyndal Olson

Dr. Olson grew up in Wichita, Kansas. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma in 2018. Dr. Olson graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Her professional interests include preventative medicine and dermatology. Dr. Olson enjoys spending time with her husband, Walker, and their golden retriever, Sophie. In her free time, she loves reading, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Courtney Blohm

Dr. Blohm is a 2014 graduate from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Veterinary Medicine. After completing an internship in emergency medicine and critical care at Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in 2015, Dr. Blohm moved to Minneapolis to work as a general practitioner. She particularly enjoys preventative medicine, internal medicine, and animal behavior. Her favorite parts about her job are witnessing the human-animal bond and doing her best to keep pets healthy and happy.

Outside of work, Dr. Blohm enjoys spending time with her husband, as well as, her 2 cats (Stella and Jilly Bean) and 2 dogs (Nigel and Clementine), that have been rescued along the way. You can find Dr. Blohm hiking, eating good food, listening to live music, and reading books in her free time.
